Directions:
Before measuring please rest for at least 15 minutes ( 30 minutes recommended). Then, Put the display screen on the inner sides to your wrist, and wrap the wrist band well. The device should be 10-15mm distance from voupalm (about 1 finger width). Please make sure to keep the device at the level of your heart when you start to measure. The measurement results will be displayed on the display within few seconds.
